Di chi parleremo oggi?...

Come da richiesto parleremo di Avril Lavigne.

 Avril Ramona Lavigne; cantautrice, stilista, attrice canadese.

Nata a Belleville nel 1984 il 27 settembre.

All' età di 5 anni le viene diagnosticata la sindrome da deficit di attenzione e iperattività.

Le prime esperienze canore le fece nelle chiese che frequentò.

Inizia l'attivita' intorno al 2000 e nel 2002 pubblica l'album Let go che ebbe grande successo.

Il singolo di debutto è Complicated grazie al quale vince l' Mtv video music awards.

Nel 2003 canta con i Metallica Fuel.

Avril sarà anche un personaggio del videogioco: The sims: superstar. (2003)

Il primo singolo che anticipò l'uscita del terzo album (The best damn thing,2007) è Girlfriend pubblicato negli stati uniti nel 2007 il 7 febbraio ed in Italia nel 2007 il 30 marzo.

La canzone riscosse un inaspettato successo tanto che diventò un hit internazionale raggiungendo il primo posto in 11 paesi!

Il primo novembre sempre grazie a Girlfriend vince agli MTV europe music awards (a Monaco di Baviera) il premio Best song.

Per promuovere l'album la cantante organizza un tour promozionale in ITALIA il 18 luglio 2007 a Roma.

La cantante canadese fu successivamente accusata di plagio dai The Rubinoos, l'accusarono di avere plagiato la canzone I wanna be your boyfriend con Girlfriend.

Avril si difese dicendo di non aver mai sentito quella canzone.

La lavorazione al quarto album inizia nel 2009, la data dell'uscita di questo album viene spesso spostata perchè Avril ancora doveva finire di scrivere canzoni.

Questo album si chiamerà Goodbye Lullaby e sarà composto da 14 tracce.

Durante la lavorazione all'album Avril ha collaborato con la Disney scrivendo il brano Alice colonna sonora del fil Alice in Wonderland e nel settembre del 2010 fonda: The Avril Lavigne Foundation a favore di bambine e ragazzi disabili e malattie gravi e ha dichiarato:

Nel 2011 Avril confermò di avere quasi finito di scrivere le tracce del suo quinto album, questo sarà più pop del precedente.

Nel 2012 Avril tramite twitter comunica di avere finito di scrivere i testi anche grazie al fidanzato Chad Kroeger.

Il 9 aprile 2013 esce il nuovo singolo Here's To Never Growin Up che riceverà diversi premi.

Il 1 luglio 2013 Avril sposa Chad nel sud della Francia.

L'album si chiamerà Avril Lavigne  e sarà pubblicato il 5 novembre 2013.

Nel lugglio 2008 lancia la sua linea di moda per teenager Abbey dawn, linea disegnata direttamente da lei.
