E' una delle più grandi ed importanti occasioni di essere premiati di tutti gli Stati Uniti.

Originariamente si chiamava Gramophone awards, è una cerimonia che si svolge ogni anno e che premia 105 diverse categorie tra tutti i generi musicali. (pop, rock ecc..)

Le categorie principali sono:

• Best new artist
