Di chi parleremo oggi?...

Come da richiesta di 2 persone di Selena Gomez.

Selena Marie Gomez, attrice, cantante, stilista e ballerina statunitense.

Nata a Grand Prairie nel 1992 il 22 luglio.

Selena cominciò la sua carriera di attrice all'età di 7 anni interpretando il ruolo di Gianna nella serie tv Barney & Friends. 

Nel 2003 interpretò un ruolo minore nel film: Spykids - missione 3D.

Nel 2004 la scopri la Disney grazie ad un casting.

Nel 2005 interpretò un ruolo minore per il telefilm Walker Texas Ranger.

Nel 2006 la Disney la prese per recitare al 22° episodio di Zack e Cody al Grand Hotel (era la seconda stagione).

L'anno successivo la presero anche per la serie televisiva Hanna Montana, in cui svolse il ruolo di ''antagonista'' di Miley. (si chiamava Mikayla)

Successivamente le venne proposto di partecipare (sempre per la Disney) alla serie tv I maghi di Waverly, in cui svolse il ruolo di Alex Russo la secondogenita di una famiglia di maghi.

Questa riscosse un grande successo tanto da andare avanti per 4 stagioni e vincere un Emmy Award.

Nel 2008 interpretò Mary Santiago nel film Another Cinderella Story che fu il primo film in cui recitò da protagonista.

Prese anche pare a 2 Disney channel original Movie: Programma protezione principesse (Insieme a Demi Lovato) e i maghi di Waverly: The movie.

La collaborazione con la Disney non si limitò solo all'ambito della recitazione, infatti Selena cantò anche alcune colonne sonore per la Disney Records.

Sempre in questo anno firmò un contratto con l' Hollywood records etichetta discografica, originariamente avrebbe voluto intitolare il suo gruppo the scene  ma questo avrebbe creato confusione tra i suoi fan cosi decise di chiamarlo Selena Gomez & The scene.

Nel settembre del 2009 fu pubblicato l'album di eserdio: Kiss & Tell.

A settembre del 2010 fu pubblicato il suo secondo album intitolato A year without rain.

Negli stati uniti ebbe molto successo vendendo più di 609 000 copie e fu certificato come disco d'oro.

Da questo album sono estratti i singoli: Round & Round e A year without rain.

L'apparizione più importante nel 2011 fu nel film Monte carlo.

Nell'estate pubblicò il suo terzo album: When the sun goes down che di nuovo vinse il disco d'oro negli stati uniti.

Questo album si avvale della collaborazione di alcuni cantanti come Katy Perry o Britney Spears.

Da questo album furono estratti 2 singoli promozionali: Bang bang bang e who says.

Nel 2012 la cantante mette da parte il canto e si dedica alla  sua carriera cinematografica partecipando al film: Spring Breakers- una vacanza da sballo.

2013 attualità!

L'8 aprile viene pubblicato il singolo: Come & get it  singolo di lancio del suo album e di debutto da solista.

Proprio perchè sarà il primo album da solista la Gomez decide si essere più originale.

Il titolo dell'album sarà stars dance  e sarà pubblicato il 23 luglio.
